Some payments we send get "refused" by PayPal. This can be due to many reasons, for instance, when the credit card linked to the PayPal account is expired. PayPal doesn't provide a specific reason to us as to why.
If this happens to you, the best thing to do is contact PayPal. They will be able to inform you of the exact reason and help you resolve this.

Payments that are refused by PayPal are returned to us. It can be instant or it can take around 30 days. When funds are returned to us, they are placed back into the site's earnings balance (minus fees).
